Kelly Osbourne pictured out after relapsing on her sobriety

She has kept a relatively low-profile this year, after detailing her battle with staying sober.
But on Thursday, Kelly Osbourne was pictured out in a rare sighting with her mother Sharon Osbourne, as they took a stroll around their hometown of Beverly Hills, .
The former singer and reality star kept things paired down with all-black sweats, revalid capsule pareri her hair tied back and a pair of glasses for the casual outing.

It comes just a month after the daughter of rocker Ozzy Osbourne celebrated five months of sobriety, while also celebrating her 37th birthday.

'Today marks my 37th birthday and I'm 5 months sober!!!
I am filled with so much gratitude it's almost overwhelming!' she wrote alongside a selfie.  
In April this year, the star admitted that she relapsed after four years of sobriety but was now 'back on track.'  
There had been reports that Kelly entered rehab this year after falling off the wagon, however she has not confirmed nor denied the claims.

The TV personality went sober in 2017 and previously admitted that she never thought she would be alive at 35 after passing out every night from drugs and partying at the height of her battle. 
Last August, the daughter of Sharon and Ozzy defiantly revealed that she underwent secret gastric sleeve surgery, which helped her achieve 85lb in weight loss.
'I had surgery,' Kelly said.

'I don't give a f**** what anyone has to say. I did it, I'm proud of it, they can suck s****. I did the gastric sleeve.'

She added: 'All it does is change the shape of your stomach.

I got that almost 2 years ago. I will never ever ever lie about it ever. It is the best thing I have ever done.'
Kelly made the remarks during an interview on Hollywood Raw with Dax Holt and Adam Glyn and also spoke about having injections to change the shape of her face, and make her jaw look 'skinnier', after suffering with TMJ (temporomandibular joint dysfunction).  
'One thing I did that changed my face,' she added.

'I had really bad TMJ. One of the things they did to stop it was they gave me injections in my jaw. It kinda made my jaw look skinnier.'
'That's when people started to notice that I had really lost weight because it changed the shape of everything.
I found out It's called buckle fat. It changed everything on my face! How the f*** did I not know about this sooner?' 
In her 2017 memoir, Kelly wrote about her struggles with weight gain, as well her substance abuse issues, and described herself as having had 'a little dumpling body' which put her off going to the gym and exercising around thinner people.
